AppAble's opinion

A short while ago I was lucky enough to be asked to review this new interactive book and app. It is an incredible product. My daughter was instantly mesmerised by it.
You start off by downloading the FREE app Incredible Worlds  from iTunes. There are 3 different sections for your child to explore. The first option is reading the stories where you child can hear all about the adventures of the princess and knights , as well as other amazing tales.

Next option, which is my personal favourite, is the spot the difference. This game is excellent for teaching observation skills. The user opens the book on the page corresponding with the the image on the iPad / iPhone  screen. They then have to scan both pages to see what the difference between the two images is . Once the child has located the difference  they tap on that position on their device. If correct it moves on to the next item to search for .

The third activity is a puzzle section. Here the user is presented with  jumbled up pieces of a scene from the book. They need to move the pieces around until the image matches the one in the book. They get more difficult as you progress through the levels .

This book has one other very cool feature to offer. It comes with sheets of stickers based on the stories for you child to use. There are also 2 little paper figures for you to make. These may require adult help as they are tricky for little fingers. We had lots of fun making these.

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this interactive storybook and app. My daughter still spends hours playing with it. The extra stickers and paper figures were a huge bonus for her. I have to say though her favourite part was the puzzle section. This product will be a huge hit once it hits the stores. Great fun for all the family to enjoy as well. Ideal for use with a parent and child together.
