The applause for success sound at the end is lovely.

Note: the time and the number of moves to complete the picture underneath.  This would be handy for older children trying to beat their previous score, but for our situation I am using it more of an educational tool.

Once you select the green tick, then you can talk about the image.

I have looked at this app as an educational game app for our situation.  If you are using visuals then this app would be a great addition to make an added learning experience for your child, as we all know our children need a variety of activities to learn the same information.  Flashcards could now be a puzzle, family photos with their name underneath are now a puzzle, the option are endless.

Note: I prepared the document on my computer, took a screen shot, put it into iPhotos and used iCloud to get it onto the iPad, very quick and easy, which is just another option for getting an image into the app.

I did notice when using the app, I lost some of the selections at times.  By moving the iPad from Landscape or Portrait the selections came back.

  2. we love puzzles at this house, but I'm also trying to win apps for my daughter's speech therapist. This app may be a challenge to let go if we do win! Thanks for allowing us to enter.
