We also have a shoebox of rice and one of beans, but they end up everywhere so we are not as enthusiastic about them, especially the small rice. Also, he also like to rock in our chairs to music, play with his toys that flash (light), play with his stress balls, turn on his disco ball light, he has bins filled with rice and hidden objects that he likes to run his fingers through. In the summer, he swings a lot. He has access to a weighted blanket, and we try to read his cues to see when he is getting overloaded. :) -Angie GorzChronicles of a Boy With Autism and Then Somehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07465229580387284375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229441595704427933.post-26718740197406320722012-12-19T15:30:28.681-08:002012-12-19T15:30:28.681-08:00Squishy balls and vibrating toys. -CassandraSquishy balls and vibrating toys. -CassandraChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08463323438972153863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229441595704427933.post-72383031781450918462012-12-19T15:20:16.778-08:002012-12-19T15:20:16.778-08:00We do sensory play with swings, rice, beans, pasta...We do sensory play with swings, rice, beans, pasta, little objets to find in them, cup to dig an dpour with, sand and water.

Hoping to get him some squishy baff stuff to try this year, too.Samanthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18266922252623556650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-229441595704427933.post-84094258679843425142012-12-19T15:15:07.872-08:002012-12-19T15:15:07.872-08:00My daughter craves movement so we got her a trampo...My daughter craves movement so we got her a trampoline.
